Happy 1 week birthday baby

Hey hey..

We are at home already 3rd day, we got out of hospital on Monday afternoon and today she is 1 week old already :) .. i can imagine how the time will run ;)

She is an angel...
By the way, she doesnt cry much and if the diapers are dry and its warm and mama has enough milk then her life is like in paradise :)

How Stafke doing baby watch and how Lexie already working out ;) lol... dont worry, these dumbbells are not heavy.. ;) .. i can be crazy with weights but not so crazy ;) lol

About mama.. im doing also fine.. my weight was this morning 64,5kg.. so im happy :) and its one week after giving birth :) Let me remind you that my last weight before giving birth was 71kg and before getting pregnant i was 63kg. I think i have done good :) .. now have to get back my normal daily routine and get myself to gym again :) .. and i will do it as soon Lexie is doing fine with taking up some weight. She is still struggling with gaining weight. Therefore i give my milk also with bottle, to make life a bit easier for her ;) But now worries, she will do fine and some time in the future we go to gym together (she sleeping and im training LOL).

    Oii tänan Jackie ;) ..

    Stafke suhtub väga hästi siiani.. väga ligi ei julge tulla, pelgab nats, aga eile näiteks lakkus kõik Lexie vankri rattad puhtaks, ei tea miks ta seda tegi, aga igatahes oli vahva vaadata.
    Tundub, et Stafke on kenasti rahu ise ja õnnelik, kuna ta ikka jätkuvalt saab ka tähelepanu :) Ei ole me teda ju unustanud ;) irw

Hey all guys and girls, Damn, time flies, you get older and the time seems unstoppable ;) Hope in your end all is good. My end, it’s great. It has been so many things going on, all life has been a big challenge lately, but I like to be positive and I am. So, there has been always a light at the end of the tunnel. Many things have had happened last 2-3 years in all single levels of my life and it has been difficult in times but I have been lucky. I had some health problems but I got over it. Lets say I got really lucky and I'm very grateful for it.  Closer friends know what it was about, I will never be really ready to share it I guess but lets say "Thank you God". I have done some trainings but not very regular. Couldn't go heavy because of my health issues, but gradually I will get back to the regular physical exercising. Silence, present and plans for future

Hey guys, Yes, silence.... sorry about it... i thought i have to inform you how im doing and what is in my mind.. Im fine...:) I keep training, eating clean, but i made a decision that i dont compete this year anymore, had too much in my mind and couldnt get myself ready for doing contest. So, i wish all who competing a great preparation and a lot of success:) As you all know i dont really bulk, so to say, i hate to be too heavy.... i like to keep lean kinda, not ripped contest lean but healthy lean. So, I enjoy some cheat meals in times but im still as always on diet :) I enjoy gym, working out in the park, do home training and it means 50% of my trainings are body weight or light weight trainings. I really enjoy it presently and i guess thats the most important to enjoy what and how you do it :) My little daughter, 5yo Lexie, enjoyed the athletic club and she loves it... great start of the real physical activity for her :) ..  so, i take lot of time for her now, as

Dear friends, I made few pictures of the gym im going. Its Bill Richardson's gym in Burgerhout, Antwerpen. Though the official gym name is B+C Gym Borgerhout. And as you see its really a old school gym :) Anyhow enjoy the pictures HERE . I know that some of you looking forward to some training pictures. Soon will talk about my usual leg training and also put up some pictures :) .. we did some this morning :) On the first picture in the gallery you see Patricia behind the desk, who is a great woman, training partner and her legs are really strong (as mine ;)).. lot of respect.
