On my way to Belgium

Hey my dear friends :)

We are on Helsinki - Rostock ship with Guy now, spent here already a night and half a day or evening is still to go, so we get to Rostock at midnight from where we drive to Antwerpen, about 700km.

Till now the trip has been very smooth, though the Tallinn - Helsinki ferry Baltic Princess was much nicer then this Superfast VIII ship.

I will include pictures about the trip later on.

This trip is like honeymoon trip before marriage ;) .. so cool :)))

Ok.. i will settle myself down in Belgium soon, very soon and then let you know more about things and how i do and what i will do and so on.. i mean about work and stuff :) ...till then please be patient and dont worry i will not forget you :)

Guy sends also a lots of regards to all he met during his trip to Tallinn, Pärnu and Tartu :)

    Tead Gerbel nüüd ma natuke imestan. Oled käinud Rostockis, aga mul ei isegi maini sellest midagi et tulete. Olen ju siin linnas üle aasta elanud ja seda ka kindlasti teadsit. Vötsid ära Facebookist, isegi kirjadele ei vasta.. Ma ei tea mille pärast väärin selle kuidas minu vastu käitud praegu. Tallinnas kevadel vähemalt näitis nagu köik oleks olnud normaalne. Ma ei lihtsalt saa aru. Loodan et see pole sinu uus sulane kes proovib sind oma vana söbradest eemaldata, muidu on sul tösiselt vajadus mötelda.

Hey all guys and girls, Damn, time flies, you get older and the time seems unstoppable ;) Hope in your end all is good. My end, it’s great. It has been so many things going on, all life has been a big challenge lately, but I like to be positive and I am. So, there has been always a light at the end of the tunnel. Many things have had happened last 2-3 years in all single levels of my life and it has been difficult in times but I have been lucky. I had some health problems but I got over it. Lets say I got really lucky and I'm very grateful for it.  Closer friends know what it was about, I will never be really ready to share it I guess but lets say "Thank you God". I have done some trainings but not very regular. Couldn't go heavy because of my health issues, but gradually I will get back to the regular physical exercising. Silence, present and plans for future

Hey guys, Yes, silence.... sorry about it... i thought i have to inform you how im doing and what is in my mind.. Im fine...:) I keep training, eating clean, but i made a decision that i dont compete this year anymore, had too much in my mind and couldnt get myself ready for doing contest. So, i wish all who competing a great preparation and a lot of success:) As you all know i dont really bulk, so to say, i hate to be too heavy.... i like to keep lean kinda, not ripped contest lean but healthy lean. So, I enjoy some cheat meals in times but im still as always on diet :) I enjoy gym, working out in the park, do home training and it means 50% of my trainings are body weight or light weight trainings. I really enjoy it presently and i guess thats the most important to enjoy what and how you do it :) My little daughter, 5yo Lexie, enjoyed the athletic club and she loves it... great start of the real physical activity for her :) ..  so, i take lot of time for her now, as

Bill Richardson's gym

Dear friends, I made few pictures of the gym im going. Its Bill Richardson's gym in Burgerhout, Antwerpen. Though the official gym name is B+C Gym Borgerhout. And as you see its really a old school gym :) Anyhow enjoy the pictures HERE . I know that some of you looking forward to some training pictures. Soon will talk about my usual leg training and also put up some pictures :) .. we did some this morning :) On the first picture in the gallery you see Patricia behind the desk, who is a great woman, training partner and her legs are really strong (as mine ;)).. lot of respect.
