Dandelion, Rosin's birthday and Mother's Days :)

Hey hey my dears,

I just have to write this. This evening when i got home from work i saw just at my door steps a Taraxacum/Dandelion (Võilill) and it just reminded me a movie "Ice Age" (Jääaeg) and the flower and the Sid's saying "Oo Dandelion, must be the last one of the season" (Võilill, selle hooaja viimane!)
It was so funny, i was almost started to laugh ;) .. so i had to go out and make a extra picture of it and tell you also about this because i found it so crazy :)

Anyhow, i will work also on this weekend, on Sat & Sun in Sparta FitShop.

Tomorrow later in the evening Laura, alias Rosin, my colleague, invites all friends to Club von Überblingen to have a small party. She has a birthday on 10th of May and therefore, i would like to wish her very very happy birthday in front ;) and give this Dandelion to her :)

Also, for this Sunday, i would like to wish all moms the wonderful Mother's Day!! Especially Aire, Marika and Marju :) .. and of course my own mom :) Let your day be great, sunny and full of flowers! Here are some Gerberas to our all brave moms too :)

    Did you have a nice time at the club celebrating Rosin's birthday? How old is she now? 21, lol:))) She looks so young haha:)) Wish you her happy birthday from meeeee and send her my greetings.

    I think your getting a lil more defined and vascualar Gerbie,even in yur off season you seemed to have maintained a lean shape:))

    I don't know what kinda of flower that is in the first pixture? Did you say 'Dandelion?' Because to me it looks like a horrible weed that i feel like zapping. So next time i come to Tallinn i will buy some weed killer and rip it out lol:)))
    However, that second pix looks real niiice, beautiful flower, 'Gerberas' from Gerbel. I wish your mom a Happy Mothers Day and i hope she has a great time and that she is happppppy:))

    Have a nice time working in the shop today and get selling those supplements:))

    Thanks for nice wishes :)
    The party went well, had few gin-tonics ;) and lots of talking as there was so many people i havent seen for some time. I cant tell you how young Rosin got but i may say that she is enough young to buy alco from shops ;) lol
    I will pass your regards to my mom and give my warmest regards to your mom too :)
    After few hours have to go to work, till then i just relax at home :)

Hey all guys and girls, Damn, time flies, you get older and the time seems unstoppable ;) Hope in your end all is good. My end, it’s great. It has been so many things going on, all life has been a big challenge lately, but I like to be positive and I am. So, there has been always a light at the end of the tunnel. Many things have had happened last 2-3 years in all single levels of my life and it has been difficult in times but I have been lucky. I had some health problems but I got over it. Lets say I got really lucky and I'm very grateful for it.  Closer friends know what it was about, I will never be really ready to share it I guess but lets say "Thank you God". I have done some trainings but not very regular. Couldn't go heavy because of my health issues, but gradually I will get back to the regular physical exercising. Silence, present and plans for future

Hey guys, Yes, silence.... sorry about it... i thought i have to inform you how im doing and what is in my mind.. Im fine...:) I keep training, eating clean, but i made a decision that i dont compete this year anymore, had too much in my mind and couldnt get myself ready for doing contest. So, i wish all who competing a great preparation and a lot of success:) As you all know i dont really bulk, so to say, i hate to be too heavy.... i like to keep lean kinda, not ripped contest lean but healthy lean. So, I enjoy some cheat meals in times but im still as always on diet :) I enjoy gym, working out in the park, do home training and it means 50% of my trainings are body weight or light weight trainings. I really enjoy it presently and i guess thats the most important to enjoy what and how you do it :) My little daughter, 5yo Lexie, enjoyed the athletic club and she loves it... great start of the real physical activity for her :) ..  so, i take lot of time for her now, as

Dear friends, I made few pictures of the gym im going. Its Bill Richardson's gym in Burgerhout, Antwerpen. Though the official gym name is B+C Gym Borgerhout. And as you see its really a old school gym :) Anyhow enjoy the pictures HERE . I know that some of you looking forward to some training pictures. Soon will talk about my usual leg training and also put up some pictures :) .. we did some this morning :) On the first picture in the gallery you see Patricia behind the desk, who is a great woman, training partner and her legs are really strong (as mine ;)).. lot of respect.
