Working day in Fitness.ee shop

Hey hey,

Today was a interesting day because i was first time working as a seller/salesgirl in Fitness.ee shop. It was actually pretty nice experience. It happened because Rosin was away and all other permanent personnel in Fitness.ee were also who away or busy with other stuff, so they thought i can be the person who could replace Rosin today. So i did, sold supplements and then packed online orders and i hope i didnt made any big mistakes, i mean no shortages :) It was a neat and busy day for me :)

Now i just relax and should put together my training stuff for tomorrow, will have legs day and than Teele will come to visit and i hope i can make to church at 1800hrs as well. :) So tomorrow is set for me :)

Saturday i will have a birthday party to go and it will be a great day and evening .. i really looking forward to it :)

On Sunday, will be a Whitsunday/Pentecost (Estonian Holiday) and of course i go to church. There is one of my good friend's who will get her confirmation and then we will do a small celebration in some near by cafe. By the evening i should be free and hope to enjoy stay at home.

Well, looking my watch i remembered that i should eat something.. will make a tea (green tea with jasmine) and something to eat.. which i havent decided yet ;) .. try to eat healthy :))

Hey all guys and girls, Damn, time flies, you get older and the time seems unstoppable ;) Hope in your end all is good. My end, it’s great. It has been so many things going on, all life has been a big challenge lately, but I like to be positive and I am. So, there has been always a light at the end of the tunnel. Many things have had happened last 2-3 years in all single levels of my life and it has been difficult in times but I have been lucky. I had some health problems but I got over it. Lets say I got really lucky and I'm very grateful for it.  Closer friends know what it was about, I will never be really ready to share it I guess but lets say "Thank you God". I have done some trainings but not very regular. Couldn't go heavy because of my health issues, but gradually I will get back to the regular physical exercising. Silence, present and plans for future

Hey guys, Yes, silence.... sorry about it... i thought i have to inform you how im doing and what is in my mind.. Im fine...:) I keep training, eating clean, but i made a decision that i dont compete this year anymore, had too much in my mind and couldnt get myself ready for doing contest. So, i wish all who competing a great preparation and a lot of success:) As you all know i dont really bulk, so to say, i hate to be too heavy.... i like to keep lean kinda, not ripped contest lean but healthy lean. So, I enjoy some cheat meals in times but im still as always on diet :) I enjoy gym, working out in the park, do home training and it means 50% of my trainings are body weight or light weight trainings. I really enjoy it presently and i guess thats the most important to enjoy what and how you do it :) My little daughter, 5yo Lexie, enjoyed the athletic club and she loves it... great start of the real physical activity for her :) ..  so, i take lot of time for her now, as

Bill Richardson's gym

Dear friends, I made few pictures of the gym im going. Its Bill Richardson's gym in Burgerhout, Antwerpen. Though the official gym name is B+C Gym Borgerhout. And as you see its really a old school gym :) Anyhow enjoy the pictures HERE . I know that some of you looking forward to some training pictures. Soon will talk about my usual leg training and also put up some pictures :) .. we did some this morning :) On the first picture in the gallery you see Patricia behind the desk, who is a great woman, training partner and her legs are really strong (as mine ;)).. lot of respect.
